1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, St. Peter’s TB Specialized
Hospital intended to purchase medical equipment financed by the
government budget.
2. The
Hospital now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of Medical equipment.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect
the bidding documents during office hours, at office of
Secretary of the tender committee or Pharmacy Dept. St. Peter’s TB
Specialized Hospital, P.O. Box 21494, Woreda 7, Kebele 18, Tel. 011
275 20 13/Extension 241, Fax 76 75 98, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application to office of
Secretary of the tender committee upon payment of non-refundable
fee of Birr 100 (Hundred Birr) within 30 days room office of
Secretary of the tender committee starting from the date of issuance
of this notice in The Ethiopian Herald. Late bids will not be
accepted.
5. Bidders
are required to submit with their bid copy of renewed license,
clearance from Inland Revenue Administration and Copy of
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development.
6. Bid
must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 P.M. on the
30th day of the notice (9:00 A.M. on the next working day
if the 30th day will not be a working day) and will be
opened in the presences of bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on the same day (9:00 A.M. the next
working day if the 30th day will not be a working day) at
the meeting hall of the Hospital, Kolfe Room No. 36, Woreda 7,
Kebele 18, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
7. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand
Birr only) in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee. Insurance bond
is not accepted.
8. The
Hospital reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
