Second Invitation
This second invitation for bid is open bid for 16 primary schools
(5-8) located in Tigray Region. The Education Bureau hereby invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of equipments for
the above mentioned schools.
Therefore:
1. Interested
eligible bidders are required to present trade license valid for the
current year and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bidders
can collect complete bid document from Tigray Region Education
Bureau starting from the date of advertisement by newspaper against
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) from
Room No. Two during office hours.
3.
Bids must be accompanied with bid bond security of Birr 2% of
bid amount or its equivalent in a convertible currency in eth form
of certified check (CPO). Bank draft letter of credit or a bank
guarantee from a reputable bank located in Ethiopia or in any
eligible country abroad in a sealed envelope with marking ADF/NCB/TIGB/01/99.

Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid
box located in fro not Room Number One in Tigray Education Bureau
Mekelle, before 31st day and 2:30 P.M. from the date of
advertisement.
5.
Bids will be opened and read on the 31st day from
the date of advertisement at the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives at 3:00 P.M. in the Bureau of Education.
6.
Tigray Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or
reject any part or all the bids.
