1.
The Gondar City Service Office has funds from the Amhara
Regional State Urban Development Bureau for the Bridget and approach
Road construction on Shenta and Keha rivers.
2.
The Gondar City Service office invites qualified contractors
of stated category with relevant experience and valid for the
current fiscal year to submit wax-sealed tender for the bridge and
approach road construction.
3.
The work on offer mainly consists of Bridget and approach
road construction.
4. Bidders
must have a valid registration certificate from the Ministry of
Infrastructure and must be registered for VAT.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the

6. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased against payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 from Gondar City Services
Office.
7. The
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in amount of Ethiopian
Birr 50,000 in the form of a certified cheque, Bank Draft, letter of
credit or bank guarantee from a reputable bank in Ethiopia.
8. Bids
must be delivered to the address given below (No. 5) on or before
12:00 noon on 21 working days from the first announcement of this
bid in The Ethiopian Herald.
9. Bids
will be opened on the same day at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of those
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address
mentioned above.
10. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days after bid opening.
11.
The Gondar City Services Office has the right to reject any
or all bids.
