Bid documents can be obtained from the Company’s Commercial
Department against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 for each lot
and presentation of renewed trade license.
Bidders have to present bid document a separate envelope for each
lot.
The bid remains on float as of 14 April 2007 and offer should be
submitted to the Department in wax-sealed until 7 May 2007, 10:00
A.M. local time. Bids will be
opened on 7 May 2007 in the
presence of bidders or bidder/representatives who choose to attend
at the company’s Conference Hall at 10:15 A.M. local time.
A
bid security 2% of the total value in the form of bank guarantee or
letter of credit issued by any financial institution recognized by
the National Bank of Ethiopia or a certified check issued by
recognized local bank submitted along with the bid document.
