To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class 4 and above with valid
license for this year.
1. The
Coffee Processing and Warehouse Enterprise has funds within
the employer’s budget to be sued for the procurement of maintenance
of roof & related works.
2. The
Coffee Processing and Warehouse Enterprise invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC Class 4.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the
bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from
9:00 hrs. to 16:30 hrs
Local time.
5.
Two packages of a complete set of bidding documents should be
purchases as of April 16, 2007 by interested bidders at the
address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
ETB 555 for each packages.
6.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or
before 14:00 hrs. on May
18, 2007. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopia
Birr 5,000 for both packages. Late bids shall be rejected.
Each package should be packed separately. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the
address below at 7 (d) at
14:30 hrs on May 18, 2007.
