RE-INVITATION

Turnkey Supply and Installation of Plant Water System of New Sugar Factory at Tendaho Sugar Factory Project (TSFP) in Ethiopia.

With reference to the advertisement for the above tender, published in this new paper on 23^rd and 24^th January 2007, the following information is hereby issued. Until the extended bid closing date of the above bid document which was 9^th April 2007 the Tender Committee of TSFP has received only two bid documents, which is less than minimum participation of three bidder according to Procurement Guiltiness of TSFP, Hence, the Tender Committee of TSFP has decided to Re-Tender the Plant Water System. In this context, following information issued to all eligible Indian bidders.

1.      The bidders who have already purchased the above bid document need not purchase once again and can submit bid on or before bid closing date specified herein as there is no change in scope of supply, specification and commercial conditions except bid closing date.

2.      Bid documents will be available for purchase up to the bid closing date at TSFP, Ethiopia and also at JPMA, Pune, India and address are

4.      Bid opening date & time will be 1^st June 07, 15:00 hours local time
