1. The
United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) invites all interested and
eligible bidders for the procurement of the following items:

2.
Bids must be sealed and labeled “SEALED BID”
3. Bidders
can bid for category A, category B, category C or for any
combinations.
4. Bidders
should submit their offer in a sealed envelope on or before May 4,
2007, 5:00 PM. To UNFPA Country Office,
Addis Ababa
(full address indicted below).
5. Bid
documents can be collected from UNFPA Country Office, Addis Ababa
(full address indicated below).
6. Bid
winner is obliged to deliver to required items to UNFPA within four
weeks after the day of announcement of the winner.
7. Bids
will be opened on Monday May 7, 2007 at 10:00 AM.
At UNFPA Country Office,
Addis Ababa, in the presence of bidders or their official
representatives.
8. Bidders
must submit their company profiles along wit their proposals.
9.
UNFPA reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
