2ND INVITATION
1.
Mekelle Town Water Supply and Sewerage Office (MTWSSO)
invites interested bidder for the supply of:
Fittings
Water Quality Testing Kits
Submersible Pumps, Dewatering Pumps,
Booster Pumps and Test Bench
Motorcycle
2. The
bid Documents shall be obtained from the same office against payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr Only) during
office hours upon presentation of the Federal Ministry of Finance &
Economic Development, renewed Trade License for the year & VAT
Registration Certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information at the Office of

4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 2% in the form of
Bank Guarantee or Certified Payment Order (C.P.O.) for each lot. Bid
bond in any other form shall not be acceptable.
5.
Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes.
Technical and
Financial each having one Original
and one Copy.
6. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose
at or before 2:00 P.M. local time within 20 days of this
announcement published.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their official
representatives after 20 days of this announcement published at 3:00
local time.
8. Failure
to comply with any one of the conditions indicated above shall
result in automatic rejection.
9. The
Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids,
