South West Shewa Zonal Health Department obtained a budget
from the Oromia Regional Health Bureau and would like to procure
furniture for four Health
Center (Dilella, Kusaye,
Awash & Kamate) towards the cost of Health Sector Development
Program (HSDP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this
budget will be applied to eligible payment under the contract for
the procurement of furniture for Health
Center in locate competitive
bid.

South West Shewa Zonal Health Department now invites
wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of furniture
for Health
Center.
3.
Bidders have no option to bid for partial offer. Bids will be
evaluated and contract(s) will be awarded for full item taking into
account discount offered, if any, for combined items in determining
the lease evaluated bid for all item(s) which will be the basis for
award of the contract(s).
4.
Bidders should have renewed trade license for 1999 E.C.
2006/2007, Suppliers list registration certificate from Ministry
of Finance and Economic Development (MOFED) while purchasing
this tender document and submitting your offer.
5.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from South West Shewa Zonal Health Department and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Health Service Team, Room No. 6,
P.O. Box 253, Woliso town Kebele 01, Fax-011-341 14 61, Woliso,
Ethiopia .
6. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested
bidders on submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
20.00 (Birr Twenty only).
7. Bids
must be delivered office of Purchasing Section Department on or
before 2:00 PM in the afternoon on date 25/08/99 E.C. or 03/05/07
and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount in
the form of CPO or bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. in the afternoon on
25/08/99 E.C. or 03/05/07

9. The
Department reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
