Re-Invitation
1. Water
Well Drilling Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in
the study, supply and instillation of LAN system at its Head Office
in Addis Ababa.
2. Bidders
must have good experience in the design and instillation of LAN/WAN
to give their offer for the supply of accessories instillation,
testing and commissioning of the network that will connect the
various departments and services of the Enterprises.
3. The
bid document/TOR can be obtained from the procurement office against
payment of non-refundable Birr 30.00 during office hours upon
presentation of renewed trade license for the budget year.
4.
Bids shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes
marked as, Technical and Financial proposals each having the
original and one copy.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 4,000.00 in the
form of cash, CPO or Bank Guarantee enclosed with the technical
envelope.
6. All
bids must be delivered to the Head Office and placed in the tender
box within twenty calendar days from the first day of announcement
on The Ethiopian Herald.
7. The
last day of submission for bids shall be the twentieth working day
before 4:00 PM from the first day of announcement and shall be
opened on the next working day at 10:00 AM
in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. Bidders
should submit renewed license, VAT registration card, and suppliers
registration certificate.
9.
WWDE reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
