The Ethiopian Postal Service invites eligible Consulting
Firms/individuals to participate in a bid for providing consulting
service on the design and development of its Web Site.
1.
The procurement of the service will be undertaken as a
national open tendering procedures in accordance with the national
procurement guidelines and will follow the procedures described in
the “General Instruction to Bidders” and Terms of Reference (TOR).
2. Bidders
can obtain bid document upon payment of non-refundable fee of birr
30.00 (Thirty Birr) from 2nd Floor Room No. 216.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 2000.00 (Two Thousand
Birr). The bid bond should be in the form of cash or certified check
and must be delivered to the above office together with the bid
documents.
4. Bidder
should deliver their technical and financial proposals in two
separate sealed envelopes on or before May 16, 2007
up to 12:00 A.M.
5. The
bid will be opened on May 16, 2007
in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to
attend at 2:30 P.M. in the 1st
Floor, meeting hall.
6. The
minimum price validity date is 90 days.
7. EPS
reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
