Re-Invitation
1. The
Oromia Regional Government has allocated budget towards the cost of
primary Health Sector Development Program /HSDP/ & intends to apply
part of the bunds to cover eligible payments under the contract for
the construction of Adola
District Hospital in Guji
Zone.
2. The
Oromia Regional Health Bureau invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders to all national contractors of class GC/BC 3 and above for
the construction of new district Hospital witch is mentioned above;
regularly registered with the Ministry of Works and Urban
Development and who have renewed their license for the currency
fiscal year and have VAT registration certificate.
3. Bidding
documents and (additional copies) may be purchased from Oromia
Regional Health Bureau, Engineering Service Room No. 63 Tel. 011-515
90 85, 0911-10 05 89, P.O. Box 24341, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for a
non-refundable fee of Birr 800 (Eight Hundred Birr), commencing from
20th April 2007. Interested bidders may obtain further
information at the same address.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must
be accompanied by a bid security of at least 1% of the bid amount
(not more than Birr 100,000) in CPO or its equivalent in a freely
convertible currency from reputable bank and shall be delivered to
Oromia Regional Health Bureau, Engineering Service Room No. 63, in
wax-sealed envelope, original and 2 copies including
prequalification documents as per the amendment page attached on the
bid document on or before 11th May 2007 at 2:00 PM. In
the afternoon at which time prequalification document will be opened
in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to
attend.
5.
The construction shall be completed within a maximum of 670
calendar days.
6.
The Oromia Health Bureau has the right to reject any or all
bids.
