1. The
Ministry of Education has funds to be sued for the Procurement of
3,884 units of 42” Plasma Display Panel (Televisions).
2. The
Procurement Services Enterprise on behalf of Ministry of Education,
hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of
3,584 units of 42” Plasma Display Panel (Televisions).

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure contained in the
Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Ministry of
Education and inspect the bidding documents at the address below
during office hours from Monday to Thursday Morning 8:00 A.M.-12:00
noon and Afternoon 1:00-5:00 P.M. and Friday Morning 8:00 A.M.-11:30
A.M. and Afternoon 1:30 P.M. -5:00 P.M.

A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may
be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred only)
for all items from the office of the Procurement Services Enterprise
1st Floor Room No. 2.
6.
Bids must be delivered to Procurement Services Enterprise,
Conference Hall at or before
June 08, 2007 at 2:30 PM.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security of amounting Birr
100,000.00 (One Hundred thousand) in the form of CPO or Bank
Guarantee, counter guaranteed by the local bankers. Late bids shall
be rejected.
7.
The bid opening date and hours shall be June 08, 2007 2:30
PM at Procurement Service Enterprise, Conference Hall in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8.
The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
