1.
The Hharamays University has funds within the procuring
entity’s budget to be used for the supply, delivery and installation
of milking machine and pasteurization Unit, Grass baler and
procurement of Commercial Egg Layers.
2.
The Haramaya University invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of Milking machine
and pasteurization Unit, Grass baler and procurement of Commercial
Egg layers.
3. Bidding
will conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government
of the federal Democratic republic of
Ethiopia.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the
bidding documents at the address given below at 7 during working
days from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
5. Interested
bidders can purchase a complete set of Bidding documents in English
from the address below at 7 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr) in cash. No liability
will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 before 11:00 security of
Ethiopian Birr 5,000 (Five thousand Ethiopian Birr). Late bids shall
be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
11:00 A.M. on May 24, 2007.
