1. National
Meteorological Agency (NMA) invites interested bidders for the
supply of Turnkey VSAT SADIS Second Generation System including all
necessary hardware, Software, on site installation and training.
2. The
bid document shall be obtained from the same office against payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 during office hours upon
presentation of the Federal Ministry of Finance & Economic
development, renewed trade license for the year & VAT Registration
certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office Bole
Aeronautical Meteorology, Tel. 011-665 06 52.
4. All
bidders should submit birr 5,000 Guarantee by certified payment
order (C.P.O.) Bond in any other form shall not be acceptable.
5.
Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes technical &
financial.
6.
All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for
this purpose at or before 10:30 P.M. local time within 20 days of
this announcement published.
7.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their
official representatives after 20 days of this announcement
published at 3:00 local time.
8. Failure
to comply with any one of the conditions indicated above shall
result in automatic rejection.
9.
The Agency has the right to accept or the reject any or all
bids.
