Dear Sirs,
Invitation to
bid for the construction of Kole river intake (water supply) project
1.
The SRS Water, Mines & Energy Resources Development
Bureau has funds within the Employer’s budget from UNICEF to
be used for the acquisition of the above referenced Works.
2.
The SRS WMERDB invites sealed bids from pre-qualified bidders
for the construction of Kole river intake (water supply) project,
located at Liban Zone of Somali region.
3.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the restricted
national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia. Bidding is open
to the Bidders listed above.
4.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below Contract
Administrating & Supervision Department and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200. The method of
payment will be in cash.
5.
Bids (Technical and Financial Proposals separately each of
them 1 original and 1 copy respectively) must be delivered to the
address below at or before
April, 25 2007 at 12:00 A.M
Late bids shall be rejected.0
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the Deputy Bureau
Head Office at the same day at 2:30 P.M.
7.
Bidders are expected to deliver their 1999 renewed license
the regional and Registration from Ministry of Water Bureau, VAT
registration, Tim registration and other related documents.
8.
The Bureau has the right to reject part or all of the bids.
9.
Bids will be opened if all the selected bidders submit their
bid before the deadline date by officially informing all the bidders
to attend.
