Somali region
Information, Culture and Tourism Bureau is planning to procure book
shelves, reading tables and chairs, computer stands, check point
table and chair, office tables and chairs, journal shelves, and
heritage items shelves for the regional library which will be
established in Jijiga town. The Bureau further plans to partition
the main library from the offices. Based on these, the Bureau
invites all interested supplies of the above mentioned items who
have:
1.
Registered and renewed trade license in the year 1999 E.C.
2. Interested
bidders should have certificate of registration for material
supplies from the Revenue office.
3.
Interested eligible bidders should purchase the bidding
documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 50 (Fifty
Birr only).
4.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% of the total
bid price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
5.
Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to
reception desk within 7 (Seven) working days from the first date of
this announcement appearance on The Ethiopian Herald including the
supply date.
6. Bid
closing date shall be on the 7th working day counted from
the date of the first bid advertisement appearance on The Ethiopian
herald newspaper
7. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives in the Somali Region Information, Culture and
Tourism Bureau at 4:00 P.M. on the same date of closing specified
above.
8. Interested
and eligible bidders may obtain further information from Somali
Regional State Information, Culture, and Tourism Bureau.
9. SRS
Information, Culture and Tourism bureau reserves the right to accept
or reject all or parts of the bid.
