Re-Invitation for Bid
The Ethiopian
Airports Enterprise /EAE/ intends to procure Fire Fighting vehicle
indicated in the table below.

1. Interested
bidders may collect the bid documents from Ethiopian airports
enterprise head office, Finance department/near Gerji customs
office/upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three
Hundred Birr).
2.
Wax-sealed envelopes containing “Fire Fighting Vehicles”,
each having one original and two copies, to EAE, purchasing and
logistic Administration Department on or before may 24, 2007 up to
10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same date and time. Late bids
will be rejected.
3.
Bidders should submit a bid security of Birr 100.000 (One
Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along
with their offer. Bid Security in other form shall not be
acceptable.
4. The
bid security will be sealed in separate envelope and marked bid
security.
5. The
Technical envelopes will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives, at the E.A.E. head office
Conference Room.
6. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence bidders/representatives after evaluation
of technical is completed.

The Ethiopian airports enterprise Reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
