INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY RE-BID
1.
The Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region Road
Authority hereby invites interested eligible Engineering consultants
having a documentary evidence: A Trading License or Equivalent, Tax
Clearance Certificate & VAT Registration, Evidence of registered
supplier & relevant professional practice certificates renewed for
the current year from authorized bodies to submit sealed Proposal
for the construction supervision of the road in the region.

Bidders have the option to bid for
two projects. But if the bidder wins the two projects, he will be
awarded only one project, the selection of the project to be awarded
is the full right of the client (to the advantage of the client).
Bid will be awarded separately.
Consultants who are already committed
for the construction supervision of works which was advertised on
The Ethiopian Herald, December 9, 2006 do not have the option to bid
for those projects.

A complete set of the Tendering documents (RFP) may be
purchased, by interested eligible Tenderers at the above office, on
submission of a written application and copies of eligible documents
to the above address & upon payment of a non-refundable fee 200 Eth.
Birr during working hours of 30 successive days starting from the 2nd
date after the first notification to this advertisement on The
Ethiopian Herald. The Final submission date and opening of the
proposal will be on the 31st date of this announcement on
The Ethiopian Herald at 11:00 AM. & 2:30 PM. Local time respectively.
If the 31st date is a holiday, it will be held on the
next working day at the same time. A proposal, which is received
late, will be returned unopened to the respective Bidder.
4.
Further details shall be as described in the RFP document.
5.
The South Roads Authority reserves the right to reject or
accept part of the entire bid.
