The Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia the Ministry of Health intends to purchase
Office Equipment financed by the fund received from GAVI & Global
fund.
2.
The Ministry of Health
now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and
delivery of Office Equipment per the following summary.

3.
Bidders have option to
bid for any one or more of the items of the specification.
4.
Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from the office of secretary
of the tender committee.
5.
A complete set of
bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on
submission of a written application and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty Birr).
6.
Bidders are required
to submit with their bid copy of renewed license, clearance from
inland Revenue administration and a copy of registration certificate
from ministry of finance and Economic development.
7.
Bids must be delivered
to the office indicated on number 4 above on or before 2:00 P.M. 6
June, 2007 and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of per
bid amount in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee Insurance Bond is
not acceptable.
8.
Bids will be opened in
the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at 2:30
P.M. on 6 June 2007 at the
office of Secretary of the tender Committee, Ministry of Health Head
Office, Woreda 3, Kebele 53,
Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
9.
the Ministry reserves
the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
