1. THE
SOMALI REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU has received support budget from
Somali Regional state Food Security and invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the construction of West Gode Health center.
2. National
Contractors of category BC/GC 5 and above are eligible to bid.
Bidders are required to provide a valid trade license from the
appropriate government body and proof of registration from the
Ministry of Infrastructure, for the current fiscal year.
3.
Bidding document (and
additional copies0 may be purchased at SOMALI REGIONAL STATE HEALTH
BUREAU Tel. (025) 75 20 22/22 44 for a non-refundable fee of 250
Birr in freely convertible currency, on working hours except Friday
and Sunday.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 1% of the bid amount or its
equivalent in CPO or Bank guarantee, and shall be delivered to
HEALTH BUREAU OF SOMALI NATIONAL REGIONAL STATE on or before,
04/09/99.
5. Bids
will be opened on 04/09/99 in the presence of those bidders or their representatives who choose to
attend on the same date and place at
10:30 A.M.
6.
The Bureau reserves the right
to reject all or part of the bids.
