RE-INVITATION
1.
The Addis Ababa University-Faculty of Technology has funds to
be used for the procurement of Various Furniture.
2.
The procurement service enterprise on behalf of Addis Ababa
University-Faculty of Technology hereby invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of Furniture for;

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National
Competitive bidding procedures contained in the public procurement
proclamation of the government of the Federal democratic
republic of Ethiopia and is open
to all bidders from eligible bidders
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from procurement service Enterprise on behalf of Addis Ababa
University-Faculty of technology and inspect the bidding documents
at the address below during office hours from Monday to Thursday
Morning 8:00 A.M. -12:00 non and Afternoon 1:00 P.M. -5:00 P.M. and
Friday Morning 8;00 A.M. -11:30 A.M. and Afternoon 1:30 P.m. 5:00
P.M.

A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may
be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred only)
for all items from the office of the procurement services enterprise
1st Floor Room No. 2.

Bids must be delivered to Addis Ababa university-Faculty of
Technology, Amist Kilo, Conference Hall at or before may 22, 2007 at
10:00 A.M. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of amounting
Birr 10,000.00 (Ten thousand) for each and every lot in the form of
CPO or bank guarantee. Late bids shall be rejected.
7.
The bid opening date and hour shall be May 22, 2007 at 10:15 A.M. at Addis Ababa
university Faculty of Technology, Amist kilo, Conference hall in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8.
The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
