Dire Dawa Housing development project Office (DDHDPO) needs
competitive consultants.
For preparation of Neighborhood and
Infrastructure Design
For low cost residential House
For selected five sites.
2.
The DDHDPO now invites proposals to provide the following
consulting services: neighborhood and Infrastructure design for
Biftu Dinsho and Karamara site and Infrastructure design only for
Maryam serer, GTZ Shinille and Dippo production site. More details
on the service are provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
3.
A complete set of bidding documents (RFP) may be purchased by
any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written
application to the HDPO up on payment of 20 (Twenty Birr).
Additional sets of documents may be purchased each at the same
price.
4.
A firm will be selected under quality-and Cost-Based
selection and procedures described in

5.
Proposals should be accompanied by a bid security, of birr
2,000 (Two Thousand Birr only) in an acceptable form of CPO/
insurance. The proposals must be delivered to the Dire Dawa Housing
Development project office on or before 9;00 A.M. local time the 15th
day of Ginbot 1999 E.C.
6.
The Design works shall be completed within a maximum of 90
calendar days from the commencement of the work.
7.
The DDHDPO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
