CONSTRUCTION
1.
The Addis Ababa City Roads Authority (AACRA) invites all
eligible local contractors of class 6 and above or those having
specific license related to the required job. Eligible contractors
must have license valid for 1999 E.C and registration certificate
from the concerned governmental bodies and should also fulfill other
government obligations such as VAT & etc. to undertake the
construction of:-
Ring Road Sign Boards
2.
A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any
interested bidder on submission of written application to AACRA Head
Office addressed below upon payment of non-refundable fee of only
Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr only).
3.
All bid documents (One Original & Three Copies) shall be
produced in different wax-sealed envelopes labeled as “ORIGINAL”
and “COPY” and must be placed in the bid box along with a bid
security in an acceptable form for civil works amounting 1% of bid
offer or a maximum of Birr 100,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Thousand) on
or before May 30th 2007, at 10:00 AM. At the same address
below.
4.
Bidders must pass the minimum qualification criteria for
their bid offers to be responsive for evaluation. Unqualified bid
offers will not be evaluated.
5.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
authorized representatives, who choose to attend, on the submission
date & time, at the same address below.
