Ethiopian Insurance Corporation
invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the
bid for the Purchase of Personal Computers. UPS, Laser Jet Printers,
Laser let color printer, Line printers, Scanner, Server, CISCO
Switch and other related items.
1.
The bid is open only to those who have registered for Value
Added Tax (VAT) renewed relevant license and registration of
suppliers certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development.
2.
A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3.
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 46,000
(Birr Forty Six Thousand) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or
bank guarantee or Insurance bond.
4.
Bid documents must be delivered to
General Service Department,
Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head Office Building 7th
Floor Room No. 703 before or on May 24, 2007 at 2:00 PM. and bids will be opened on the same date in EIC Conference Hall at
2:30 PM. in the presence of
the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
5.
The bid winner must present 10% performance bond in the form
of CPO.
6.

7.
The Ethiopian Insurance Corporation reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
