Action Office invites all interested and eligible bidders to
participate in a bid for the supply of;-
Tanker truck for transportation of potable water
Truck mounted mobile work shop
1.
Local bidders or agents are required to submit copes of their
bvalid trade license, certificate or registration in the suppliers
list, VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate from Inland
Revenue Authority.
2.
Bidders can obtain bid document from EMAO procurement
division, during working hours upon payment of non-refundable Birr
100.00 (One Hundred Birr).
3.
Bidders should submit bid bond )2% of the total amount0 in
the form of C.P.O. or letter of guarantee from recognized bank.
4.
Bidders should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and drop the envelope in the box arrange for theis purpose in EMAO
during working hours.
5.
Bid will be closed on Friday May 29, 2007 G.C. 11:00 P.M.
local time.
6.
Bid will be opened on Tuesday, May 30, 2007 G.C. 3:00 A.M.
loal time in the prese3nce of bidders or the legal representatives.
7.

8.
EMAO has the right to reject any or all bids.
