RE-INVITATIN FOR
Coffee
plantation Development Enterprise invites all interested an eligible
bidders for the supply of EUROPEAN STANDARD (Imported) mechanical
(Ground) balance-Capacity 50 kg and 100kg under the following
conditions.
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from Supply department against
payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) during office
hours.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O. or Cash.
3.
Bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes, (Technical
and financial) proposal.
4. Bid
Bond and renewed trade license should be submitted within technical
proposal envelope.
5.
Bidders can offer for partial or total items.
6. All
bid documents must be submitted in the tender bix on or before May
31, 2007 at 9:00 A.M. local time.
7. Bid
will be closed and Technical proposal opened on May 31, 2007 at
10;30 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their
representatives at CPDE Conference Hall.
8.
Late arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
9. Coffee
plantation development Enterprise reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
