Invitation For Procurement of O 14 &
16 mm
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the procurement of “O 14 & 16 mm Deformed Bar”.
1. The
tender remains floating from May 02, 2007, until May 22, 2007. Bid
documents can be obtained from sadist Kilo Tele. Room No. 507 during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00
(Twenty Birr0. Bidders should submit their renewed original license
& VAT registration certificate with copies when they come to obtain
the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 5,000
(Five Thousand Birr).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit it Sidist Kilo Tele. 6th Floor Room No. 612
before May 22, 2007, 4:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening date.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the bix situated at ETC head Office 1st Floor Room No.
110 until May 22, 2007 before 5:30 p.m.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Head office Room No. 111 on May 23, 2007 at
10:00 A.M.

Partial bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
