invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of TV studio
Electronic Equipments.
1. Interested
eligible bidders are required to attach trade license valid for the
current year and VAT registration certificate and registration
certificate fro eligible ministry on suppliers list to submit their
proposals.
2. Bidders
can collect complete bid document from South Mass media
Organization-Awassa starting from the date of advertisement by
newspaper against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 from
room No. 14 during Office hrs.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond security of Birr 2% of bid amount
of its equivalent in a convertible currency in the form of certified
check (CPO), bank draft letter of credit or a bank guarantee
addressed to SMMO from a reputable bank located in Ethiopia.
4. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box. Located
in front of Room No. 14 before 31st day and 12:00 A.M. from the date of advertisement.
5. Bids
will be opened and read on the 31st day from the date of
advertisement at the presence of bidders or other authorized
representatives at the presence of bidders or other authorized
representatives at 3:00 P.M. in the bureau of the organization. (IF
the 31st day is not working day the opening will be the
next day).
6. The
organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
