The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies Import & Wholesale Share
Co. (PHARMID) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of the following equipments.

1. Bidders
must specify the warranty period of items, duration of delivery,
payment conditions and other details for the item.
2. The
award for equipment will be made on item-by-item basis.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain a bid instruction and document from
Administration & Manpower Dev’t Mgr. Office of Pharmid against Birr
50.
4. Bidders
must submit their bid document with a copy of trade license renewed
for the current year, Registration of VAT & TAX certificate
clearance.
5. Bid
must be deposited in the tender box at PHARMID, Adm. & Manpower
Dev’t Mgr. Office at or before 10:00 A.M. local time on April 23,
2007. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount
of minimum 2% of the offered price.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at the address mentioned above at 10:20 on the date
of closure.
7. The
Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Import and Wholesale Share Co.
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
