The Mekelle City Administration would like to invite
Consultants to submit proposals for detailed Design and Construction
Supervision of Liquid Waste Management System Project for Mekelle
City.

A complete set of bid documents may be purchased by any
interested and eligible bidders on payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 150 payable in cash to the Mekelle Municipality.
3.
The RFP is open to any Consultant Category 5 and above who
are in possession of:
Trade license & Consultancy Service
Certificate valid for 1999 Ethiopian Calendar.
VAT Registration Certificate
4.
Consultants must submit ONE original and FOUR copies of each
proposal (technical and financial separately). Information on the
outer envelope should also include: Proposal for Consultancy
Services of Mekelle City Liquid Waste Management System.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount
of not less than two percent (2%) of the bid price in the form of a
certified cheque.

A copy of the Proposals must be submitted at the submission
address indicated above to the Administration’s office on or before
the 26/07/99-23/08/99, at 3:00 P.M. and proposals will be opened on
the same date, time and office, in the presence of the bidders or
their representatives, who wish to attend.
8.
A firm will be selected under Quality-and Cost-Based
Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in the RFP document.
9.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any
proposal and is not obliged to given reason for any decision taken. |
