1.      The Bidders may obtain further information from:

2.      Bidders should present a business license valid for the year 1999 E.C. and registration certificate for VAT.

3.      Bidders may obtain a set of tender documents with specification, upon payment of non-refundable for section one, Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) & for section two, Birr 20 (Twenty Birr) from Water Resources Development Bureau Room No. 4.

4.      Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified bid guarantee of 2% of the total bid price payable to the WRDB, in the form of bank guarantee, CPO.

5.      Bidders are invites to submit financial & technical proposal original & copy separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the bureau Room No. 5 in Awassa on or before 11:30 A.M. within 30 days of this announcement.

6.       The quantity which is not mentioned in the bid announcement, can be found in the bid document.

7.       Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same date at 2:00 P.M. at the Bureau. If the 30th day of the bid announcement lies on the Ethiopian Holiday the opening day will be on the next working day at 2:00 P.M.

8.       Availability of stock shall be considered as an advantage.

9.       The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bids.
