Ethiopian Iron and Steel Factory (EISFA) invites eligible and
completion bidders for supply, Installation,
Implementation/configuration, and commissioning of INTEGRATED
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM and LOCAL AREA NETWORK.
1.
The bid has two lots:
Lot 1: Supply, Instillation,
Implementation, and Commissioning of Integrated Management
Information System
Lot 2: Installation, Configuration,
and Commissioning of Local Area Network
2.
Interested bidders can participate in either or both lots.
3. Interested
bidders should purchase complete bidding documents, for each lots,
from EISFA Akaki upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian
Birr 100 for each.
4. Bidders
should be licensed in ICT sector i.e. supply, instillation,
implementation, configuration and commissioning of network and/or
software.
5. Each
bid proposal, for each lot, must be accompanied by a bid security of
Ethiopian Birr 20,000 in the form of CPO, cash or Bank guarantee
valid for 90 days.
6. The
bid will be closed on 23 of April 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
and will be opened on 23 of April 2007 at
10:30 A.M. in the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives.
7. The
Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
