1. Sustainable
Water Harvesting and Institutional Strengthening in Amhara (SWHISA)
Project, a capacity building undertaking of the Regional Government
of Amhara and of Canada has funds to be suited for the training of
advanced GIS for experts from different partner Bureaus.
2. SWHISA
invites interested and eligible bidders for Consultancy Service for
Advanced Training Course in Geographic Information System.
3. Tender
document for Consultancy Services for Advanced Training Course in
Geographic Information System can be obtained from SWHISA Central
Coordinating office, Alma
Building, Room No. G09 during
office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty
Birr only).
4.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security bond that is 2%
of the total offered value. The bid security can be in the form of
Bank Guarantee, CPO, certified cheque, or insurance bond.
5.
Bidders should present currently renewed trade license, VAT
registration certificate, TIN and supplier registration certificate.
6.
The offer should be prepared in two: Technical and Financial
proposal and it should be properly marked, addressed, wax-sealed and
stamped.
7. All
bids shall be delivered to SWHISA Central Office, Alma Building Room
No. G09, P.O. Box 325,
Bahir Dar.
8.
Bid closing date shall be on the 20th calendar day
counted from the date of the announcement on The Ethiopian Herald at
2:00 P.M. If this date falls
on holiday, the bid closing date will be the next working date.
9.
Bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M. of the bid closing date in
the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who may
choose to attend.
