To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class 5 & above with valid
license for the current year.
1.
The Office of the Federal Auditor General has funds within
the employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Maintenance
work at Addis Ababa.
2.
The Office of the Federal Auditor General invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for GC/BC Class 5 & above.
3.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open
international tendering procedures contained in the Public
Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and
is open to all eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to
16:30 P.M. local time.
5.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of
Megabit 27/1998 by interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b)
and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 676.
6.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9 (c) on or
before Miazia 26/1999. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 50,000. Payable on first demand addressed
to the employer. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in
the presences of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at
the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 P.M.
