Local bidders or local agents of foreign Suppliers are
required to present:
Currently renewed trade license
Tax clearance certificate or Supporting letter from appropriate tax
collecting authorities.
Supplier's Registration Certificate of MOFED.
VAT Registration Certificate.

Bidders have the option to bid for all or separate items.

A complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased from
the office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 30(Thirty Birr).
6.
Bid must be delivered to the above office on/or before May
04,2007 at 2:00 P.M.
7.
Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of Birr
3000.00(Birr Three Thousand)
8.
Bids will be opened at 2:30 P.M. on the above mentioned date
and address in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to
attend.
9.
The Ministry of Water Resources has the right to accept or
reject any bid, and annul the bidding process.
