Mugher Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for supply of Radial Fan, Geared Break Motor,
Axial-Ventilator, and Electromagnetic Coupling.
2.
Eligible suppliers could obtain tender documents by
presenting a copy of their renewed licenses valid for the budget
year against payment of a non-refundable Birr 50 from Procurement
and supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00A.M.
to 4:30 P.M.
3.
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the
form of certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be
payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4.
Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT
ENTERPRISE, Procurement and Supply Department Addis Ababa office on
or before May 11,2007, 4:00 P.M. Bidders should provide one original
and one copy of "Technical" and " Financial" documents separately.
5.
Bids (Technical offer) will be opened on May 12, 2007
at 10:00 A.M. in the presence
of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6.
MCE reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
