The Water Works Construction Enterprise now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for supply and delivery of 17 units of Room Air
Conditioner, window type rated voltage 220V, 50hz capacity
24,000btu/hr in LCB.
1.
Interested eligible bidders, or their representative may
obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at
the office of procurement Service of WWCE Headquarter located in
Gurd Shoal, near Lucy Academy during normal working hours upon
payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 100 including VAT.
2.
Bidders should enclose currently renewed trade license, VAT
and Tax payers registration certificate with their bids.
3.
Bids must be submitted in one envelope and accompanied by a
bid bond not less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank
Guarantee, CPO or certified check.
4.
Bids should be delivered in person to WWCE in a wax-sealed
envelope with a statement "Not to be opened before April 20, 2007"
Marked on the envelope.
5.
Bids will be closed on April 19,2007 at 5:00 P.M. and will be
opened on April 20, 2007 at 9:30 A. M. at the conference hall of
WWCE in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may
choose to attend.
The Water Works
Construction Enterprise reserves the right to reject partial or all
bids.
