The Ethiopian
Chipwood & Furniture Company S.C. (ECAFCOO S.C.) invites all
interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the
SUPPLY of 3-phase Electric Motor, Electric Motor Complete and Gear
Box Complete with Electric motor. Bidders must submit a
currently renewed license along with photocopy of the receipt for
payment of at least 1998 E.C. government taxes.
1.
Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from ECAFCO
S.C. Commercial Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of
birr 20 (Twenty).
2. Bidders
should furnish as a part of their bid, Bid security of 2% of the
total price offered for the High Pressure Centrifugal Pump &
electric Motor Complete along with the bid document.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope indicating
Technical and Financial offers separately & deposit in the box
provided at the Commercial Department on September 4/2007 until 2:00
P.M. local time.
4. Bid
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. local time in the
presence of bidders or legal representatives at the Technical
Department Office. ECAFCO S.C. reserves the right to reject the bid
partially or totally.
