THE PROCUREMENT OF
Computers and Office Furniture
Ethiopian
Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) Central Addis Ababa Zone invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Computers
and Office Furniture.
1. The
tender remains floating from August 14, 2007, until September 03,
2007. Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Legehar New Office
Room No. 13 (Addis Ababa) during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should
submit all their renewed original license & VAT certificate with
copies (if they are registered) when they come to obtain the bid
documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnished as part if their bid, a bid security Birr 3,000
(Birr Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC Central Addis Ababa Zone /New Office/ cashier, Room
No. 2 on or before September 3, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. and produce the
receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the
box situated at Room No. 13 on or before September 3, 2007 at 5:00
P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC Legehar Room No. 1 on September 03, 2007 at
3:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
