Tender for Procurement of Different Items

Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporations (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of the following Items.

 1.      The Tender remains floating from August 17, 2007 to September 5, 2007. Bid documents
        can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207 from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
        upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) for each tender. Bidders
        should submit their renewed original license & VAT certificate with copies when they come
        to obtain the bid documents.

2.      Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, bid security as follows:

3.     The Bid bond must be in either of the following
      form:

a)      Cash

b)      Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or

c)      Bank guarantee from recognized bank.

4.      Bidders who whish to submit bid Security in the form of cash are required to deposit to our Head Office 3^rd floor Room No. 311 until September 6, 2007, 9:30 A.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.

5.      Bidders should prepare their technical and commercial offer in wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at ETC’s Head office 1^st Floor Room No. 110 on September 5, 2007, 5:30 P.M.

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111 according to the following schedule:
