Invitation to Re-tender
For the procurement of integrated insurance
System Software
1. Awash
Insurance Company S.C. (AIC) would like to procure off-the-Shelf
Integrated Insurance System Software and invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders.
2. A
complete set of bid document can be purchased upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr).
3. Bids
must be delivered to AIC General Manager’s Office on or before
September 17, 2007, 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon and must be
accompanied by bid security of 3% of the bid amount in the form of
insurance Bond, CPO or Bank guarantee.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their official
representatives on September 17, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. in the afternoon
at the AIC Board Room Tebaber Berta building 4th floor.
5. AIC
reserves the right to reject the bid partially or wholly.
6. Interested
