INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
1. CHRISTIAN
CHILDREN’S FUND INC, ETHIOPIA
hereafter called the “employer”
invites experienced and reputable contractors of class GC/BC 6 & 5
for-pre-qualification for the construction of basic infrastructure
such as: Schools, Kindergartens, Small-Scale Irrigation schemes,
Clinics, Health Posts and Water Works.
2. The
Employer intends to pre-qualify experienced and reputable
contractors of class GC/BC 6 & 5 who have valid license from
Ministry Bureau of Trade, and registration certificate with Ministry
of Works and Urban Development for the construction of
infrastructure mentioned above.
3. The
construction project sites are located in different regional states
of the country (Oromia, SNNPR, Amhara & Addis Ababa).
4. Pre-qualification
will be conducted through pre-qualification procedures specified by
the employer.
5. Interested
eligible contractors may obtain further information from and inspect
the pre-qualification documents at the National Office of the
Christian Children’s Fund Inc, Ethiopia, P.O. Box 5545, Tel. 61 29 28 Or 62 84 14,
Fax 62 45 40, near Bole Medhanealem Church.
6.
A complete set of pre-qualification documents, prepared in
English language, may be obtained by interested and eligible
contractors on the submission of a written application to the
employer and a payment of Birr 50.
7. Application
for pre-qualification should be submitted in sealed envelopes,
delivered to the Employer, Address mentioned above under item 5; on
or before 12:00 A.M. on the 15th Day from the date of
announcement and be clearly marked “Application to Pre-qualify
for CCF construction works”
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all of the offers.
