Invitation for Re-Bids

1.
Oromia Health Bureau
obtained a budget from the Global Fund and would like to procure
Printing of different document & Materials for Regional Health
Bureau towards the cost of Health Sector Development Program (HSDP).
It is intended that part of eligible payments under the contract for
the procurement of Different Printing Materials for Regional Health
Bureau in local Completive bid.
2.
The Oromia Health
Bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of Different Printing Materials for Regional Health Bureau.
3.
Bidders have the Option
to bid for any one or more type(s) of item(s). Bids will be
evaluated and contract(s) will be awarded for each item taking into
account discounts offered, if any, for combined be the base for
award of the contract(s).
4.
Bidders should have
renewed trade license for 1999 E.C. Suppliers list registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, (MOFED)
VAT & TIN registration certificate while purchasing this tender
document and submitting your offer.
5.
Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at the office of Procurement Service, Oromia Health Bureau
Room No. 39, P.O. Box 24341, Kirkos Kifleketema Kebele 19 around

6.
A complete set of
bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on
submission of a written application to the above mentioned office
and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 20 (Birr Twenty
only).
7.
Bids must be delivered
to office of Human Resource Administration Department on or before
3:00 P.M. in the afternoon on date 06/13/1999 E.C. or September 11,
2007 and must be accompanied by a security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee from a reputable
bank.
8.
Bids will be opened in
the presence of bidders of bidders or their representatives (To
attend the bid opening ceremony) the representative’s should have a
written letter to be authorized representative’s and have an ID card
from the organization assigned) who choose to attend at 3:30 P.M. in
the afternoon on 06/13/99 E.C. or September 11,2007 at the Office of
Human Resource Administration Department, Oromia Health Bureau, Room
No. 13, Finfinnee Ethiopia.
9.
The Bureau reserves the
right to reject or accept any or all bids.
