1. Oromia
Water Resources Bureau has secured budget from the Regional
Government of Oromia and has planned to purchase consumable
stationeries
2. Therefore
interested eligible bidders are invited to participate on this bid.
3. Bidders
may obtain further information from our Bole road office 6th
floor room No. 6-4 from Procurement Process Team, Tel. No. 0115 50
96 22, Fax 0115 51 77 56, Addis Ababa.
4. A
complete bidding document may be purchased by an interested eligible
bidder on the submission of A WRITTEN APPLICATION together with
renewed 1999/2000 relevant license, Registration card issued from
Ministry of Finance abnd Economic Development, VAT Regional and tax
Identification Number (TIN) to the above office and upon payment of
non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 1% of
the total bid price in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee and
must be delivered to the above office on or before
18th September 2007.
6. Bids
will be opened at 02:00 P.M. on 18th September 2007 at
the office of the Bureau head in the presence of bidders or their
representatives.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
