1. The
Ministry of Water Resources invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of the following equipment.
2. Local
bidders or local agents of Foreign Supplier’s are required to
present:
Currently Renewed trade License
Tax clearance certificate or
Supporting letter from appropriate tax collecting authorities
Supplier’s Registration certificate of MOFED
VAT Registration Certificate,
if their total bidding price exceeds
Birr 100,000
3. Bidders
have the option to bid for all and separate items
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information and request of
bidding documents from:

5. A
complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased from the
office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 50 (Fifty
Birr)
6. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 P.M. on September 19 Ethiopian calendar and must be accompanied by a bid
security of Birr 3000 (Birr Three Thousand).
7.
Bids will be opened at 2:30 P.M. on the above mentioned date
& address in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to
attend.
8. The
Ministry of Water Resources reserves the right to accept or reject
any bid, and annual the bidding process.
