The Ethiopian
Chip wood & Furniture Company S.C. (ECAFCO S.C.) invites all
interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the
SUPPLY OF Spare Parts for Press Machine. Bidders must submit a
currently renewed license along with photocopy of the receipt for
payment of at least 1998 E.C. government taxes.
1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid document from ECAFCO S.C. Commercial
Department, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty).
2. Bidders
should furnish as a part of their bid, Bid security of 2% of the
total price offered for the supply of Spare parts for press machine
along with the bid document.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope indicating
Technical and financial offers separately & deposit in the box
provided at the Commercial Department unit September 20, 2007 local
time at 2:00 P.M.
4. Bid
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. local time in the
presence of bidders or legal representatives at the Technical
Department Office. ECAFCO S.C. reserves the right to reject the bid
partially or totally.
