1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise invites eligible bidders to lease
indoor & outdoor Advertisement spaces and land at Addis Ababa Bole
International Airport as per the details in the tender document.
2. Bidders
should present renewed license for the Current Budget Year, VAT
registration evidence & registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance & Economic Development for which they are registered on the
suppliers list to submit their proposals.
3. Interested
bidders may collect the bid documents up to September 5, 2007 from
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise head office Finance Department,
cashier’s office near Gerji customs office upon payment of a
non-returnable fee Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr)
4. The
sealed envelope containing “Technical Document” “Financial Document”
should be submitted in two separate envelopes & Logistic
Administration Department on or before September 20, 2007 up to
10:00 A.M. & will be opened on the same date & time. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bidders
should submit a bid security of Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand
Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their offer.
Bid security in other form shall not be acceptable.
6. The
bid security will be sealed in separate envelope & marked bid
security.
7. The
Technical envelopes will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives, at the EAE head office Conference
Room.
8. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives after
technical evaluation is completed.

10. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
