Ethiopian
Athletics Federation invites all interested bidders for the supply
of passenger lift for its now head office building under
construction in Addis Ababa, CMC Road near Shola Gebeya
1. Bidders
are required to present trade license valid for 1999 E.C. and VAT
registrations certificate and fax clearance paper from Inland
Revenue Office.
2. Bidders
can collect bid document from EAF, Office located inside Addis Ababa
Stadium against payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) from Room No. 6
3. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the bid price in the form of
C.P.O. Bank guarantee or certified check.
4. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located
in EAF, Finance department, on or before July 26, 2007 at 12:00 P.M. noon.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
6. EAF
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
