Invitation for the Supply of poly
Bags & Twisted Yarn
1. The
Ethiopian Seed Enterprise (ESE) invites sealed bids from interested
eligible bidders for the supply of poly Bags and Twisted Yarn for
2008 Crop season.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred) in cash.
3. All
bids valid for at least 90 days from bid opening date must be
submitted to ESE on/or before September 21, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. local
time, with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid price.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend on September 21, 2007 at 10:30
A.M. local time at ESE Conference Hall Room No. 110.
5. ESE
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids or
waives formalities without assigning any reasons thereof.
